My family and I stayed at Arbor RV Park for 14 wonderful months. The family that owns the property was very nice and always professional. The RV park was a jewel in the middle of Albuquerque. The RV park is always clean and the spaces are spacious. I also enjoyed the neighbors which were mostly retired professional. If you have pets or enjoy walking you’ll love how close you are to the walking trials of the bosque. If you need a place to stay for a night or a few months I would highly recommend Arbor RV Park.

This is one of the nicest RV parks I've stayed in and I've been around the US.
First the location is THE BEST. If you enjoy walking, Arbor RV is a short walk to many walking/biking trails along the Rio Grande River. In the other direction are several irrigation ditches to walk and lots of street routes as well. It's also smack dab in the middle of a very nice neighborhood.
The park is family owned and the Baldoni family is the best. The spaces along the perimeter are large, most have mature trees, some have grass. Plenty of room for your RV and a nice patio area to enjoy the sunshine. The new spaces are a bit tight with no trees.
There is no laundry facility or showers. Rent is extremely fair. I just paid double in WA state for a space no wider then my duley. The residents are all pretty friendly and chat when you see them outside.
This isn't an in and out park. We are fulltimers here.

After a lot of searching I found Arbor RV Park 18+ months ago. She has exceeded my expectations. Julie has been a great landlord, she communicates, provides upgrades, fair to all. Makes sound decisions for our community. She has made my move to Albuquerque the best. Thank you Julie.

Arbor RV Park is a great place to stay! It’s in a beautiful location and very convenient to get to I-40 and other restaurants and local coffee. Plus close to the river and walking trails. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back!!

Neat, quiet, family-owned park that caters mainly to longer-term and full-time RVs. Manager has invested in new spaces and other improvements. Convenient location near to Bosque trails and Nature Center.
